Mind Move Therapy
Mind Move Therapy welcomes clients who are motivated to learn, understand, heal, and evolve through a somatic lens.
What is Somatics?
Somatics encourages deeper understanding of body awareness. From a somatic psychotherapy lens, this includes integrating the interplay of emotions and sensations, understanding our biological systems, the emphasizing physical and emotional health through movement, and developing deeper self-awareness as a foundation of inner peace and outer freedom. Mind Move Therapy integrates a bio-psycho-social model of therapy, recognizing the inseparable connection between body, mind, and environment.
Our Approach
At Mind Move Therapy, treatment combines mind-body based approaches, mindfulness with cognitive therapies. Through a somatic lens, your sessions may include talking, somatic awareness-building, movement or experiential practices — all designed to help you reconnect with yourself and support lasting change.
Walk and Talk Therapy
Bridget offers ‘Walk and Talk’ therapy — a unique way to feel better in the moment while we walk 1–3 miles together during your session. Movement helps release tension, improve mood, and open new pathways for insight and healing.
Flexible Session Options
For your convenience, Mind Move Therapy offers sessions in person, virtually or by phone. At homse sessions are available for intensives and for somatic movement coaching.
✨ Exciting News ✨
I’m honored to share that I’ve been selected to join the Temple of the Wild Saints, an advanced somatic training dedicated to getting wild with a conscious mind. This journey is about releasing social anxieties, moving through stuckness, and expanding into authentic expression.
For those of you I work with—whether in therapy, coaching, or workshops—this training will deepen the practices and tools I bring to our sessions. Together, we’ll continue to explore how somatics can open pathways for healing, freedom, and integration.
As the saying goes:
“Fear of judgment leads many to repeat what’s already been said, rather than risk offering something original.”
This ain’t that.
I’m stepping into something new, and I’m excited to bring you with me.
