A water bottle, a journal.
Can we meet by phone?

When possible, we stay for 59 minutes but this is not always possible!
Note, sessions can be shorter- 45 minutes, 30 minutes.
Sessions can also be longer- 90 minutes, 115 minutes- this is usually scheduled a head of time or used for acute situations.
How often do we meet?
Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, as needed. Did you know you can have more than one session per week? Did you know you can see more than one therapist at a time? :)
What do I do in between sessions?
You are doing the work, gaining insight, Psycho-educating yourself, etc.. Therapy and coaching is applied and functional!
