Low self-esteem, people-pleasing, and fawning are often adaptive responses to trauma, attachment wounds, and chronic stress—not personal flaws.
This experiential workshop integrates somatic psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and body-based practices to help participants understand these patterns, reconnect with themselves, and develop greater confidence from the inside out.
Participants will:
Learn how trauma and the nervous system contribute to fawning and people-pleasing
Increase awareness of emotions, body cues, and personal needs
Practice somatic interventions that support regulation and self-trust
Explore healthy boundaries through embodied awareness
Cultivate greater confidence, authenticity, and self-compassion
Participants will receive a workbook with psychoeducational materials, guided exercises, and practices to continue their learning beyond the workshop.
This workshop is ideal for adults seeking a compassionate, body-centered approach to building confidence and strengthening their relationship with themselves.
