Bridget will lead a somatic experience inspired by Jungian shadow work—an invitation to explore the parts of ourselves we avoid, find painful, or have not yet fully developed.
Through discussion, reflective writing, somatic movement, and ritual, we will explore what the body and psyche may be holding. We’ll create space to meet aspects of ourselves that have been rejected, denied, or kept in the shadows—not to judge or eliminate them, but to bring greater awareness and compassion to both body and mind.
What emerges from the shadow may offer new insight into who we are and what has been waiting to be acknowledged. Bringing these parts into awareness can create greater self-understanding, integration, and self-acceptance.
A gentle, experiential journey into shadow, movement, reflection, understanding, and integration—making space for more of who you are.
